Her practice focuses on securing green cards for individuals of extraordinary ability (EB-1) and professionals qualifying under the National Interest Waiver (NIW), as well as obtaining O and P visas for experts, artists, and athletes. She also provides strategic counsel to professionals, investors, and corporations on global migration planning, supporting international career growth and business expansion.
Cathy is a member of the Washington State Bar and is authorized to practice U.S. immigration law in all 50 states. As an active member and conference presenter for the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), she stays at the forefront of immigration policy and legal developments to better serve her clients. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Minnesota, a top 20 law school in the United States.
